Subject: SCOOP -- rumor SNPS has re-orged its Digital R&D and management

A source with a good prior track record reports to me that Antun Domic
is being moved out as EVP/GM of the Synopsys Design Group -- which does
all SNPS digital implementation and AMS product R&D -- and he is instead
becoming the new CTO of SNPS.

This source also tells me that Deirdre Hanford (EVP of SNPS Customer
Support) along with Sassine Ghazi (VP of North American Sales) will be
taking over as co-directors -- and that somehow Sales & the AE teams
are going to be folded into the Antun's old group.

And finally, this same source says that a SNPS All Hands Meeting is to
take place tomorrow to discuss this.

Again, this is rumor, and it's from a single source -- who has a really
good track record on prior scoops -- which is why I'm sharing this.
