  digital RTL debug and Laker full custom place and route.
  Synopsys just acquired SpringSoft for $406 million in cash.

  This SpringSoft-Synopsys merger is (choose one) GOOD news,
  BAD news, NEUTRAL news for my company because (say why):

3.) Ciranova Helix takes 10's of 1000's of transistors to do
  automated optimized full custom IC blocks like PLLs, SerDes,
  ADCs, PHYs.  Ciranova also does low priced tools to migrate
  proprietary Cadence SKILL PCell to OpenAccess IPL PyCells.
  Synopsys just acquired Ciranova for an undisclosed price.

  This Cirnova-Synopsys merger is (choose one) GOOD news,
  BAD news, NEUTRAL news for my company because (say why):
