Editor's Note: If you live overseas, today's not a good day to talk to
  Americans because April 15th is the day that the IRS collects the taxes
  on all the happless US citizens.  Grrrrrr!  If you ask me, there's no
  way to distinguish between Organized Crime and governments.  You have
  to pay "protection" money to both and if you don't pay, they'll send
  thugs with guns over to your house to get "their" money.  And to win
  favor with the masses, both *sometimes* do nice things by giving a few
  hard luck stories a small portion of that exact same money they had
  forcably taken from everyone else!  No difference!  None!  None!
