Hi, John,

Please keep me anon.

I am looking for some general data on chip scan coverage and pattern count
as scan compression ratio grows. 

There is a lot of debate as to where the drop off is, but it is hard to find
any reliable data.  Maybe some DeepChip readers would be willing to share
their data from internal studies for compressed vs. uncompressed ATPG runs?

I am particularly interested in larger designs with lots of internal EBBs
that typically generate lots of Xs and might exacerbate compressed scan
coverage drop.
