  panel but not on the 2012 EDAC CEO panel.  What happened?

  Ravi, since you already have over 100 customers, haven't you pretty

  Cadence, Synopsys have all you can imagine with respect to SPICE
  simulation and are very busy to improve their tools.

  At the same time, those two are mainly the ones who would be
  interested in BDA.

  Since those targets are closed, what is the exit strategy for
  investors in BDA?

  BDA has got to be one of EDA's oldest remaining start-ups; why
  haven't your VC's had a revolt by now?

  Is it true that Synopsys has tried to buy BDA twice, and failed both

  Why haven't you been bought out by Mentor yet?

  buys BDA, then Cadence will increase the price of everything else so

  money whether they buy simulators from Cadence or not?

  Ravi, why do folks need yet another simulator?   We've seen many other
  'next generation' SPICE start-ups like Gemini, Nasscentric, and
  Xoomsys die.  Is BDA next in line?
