Hi, John,

We used to offer free access to our TestBuilder C++ open-source class lib,
along with some reference examples, on the testbuilder.net website. Due to
the lack of traffic, we shut down the site earlier this year. Since
ratification of the OSCI SCV 1.0 standard and Cadence's release of CVE
(Cadence Verification Extensions) we've been encouraging customers to
migrate toward SCV/CVE.

We understand how project realities can delay migration to new verification
environments, so to aid users like Sherri who are still using Testbuilder,
we've posted a tar-file containing the Testbuilder 1.3 class libraries,
reference examples, and related documentation on the cdnusers.org website.
