Subject: Synopsys "virtual" PrimeTime training sucks; where else can I go?
Hi, John,
Myself and a colleague belong to a design group that was recently acquired
by AMI Semiconductor. Our access to tools has greatly expanded now! As a
result, we're looking to get a couple of older engineers (used to working
in dc_shell and dc_shell tcl) up to speed on Synopsys PrimeTime. I see from
a search on DeepChip.com that there have been a few queries about PrimeTime
training, ESNUG 437 #4, but I saw no responses.
A couple of preliminary enquiries have revealed that some engineers have
been less than impressed with the offical Synopsys "virtual" training. Do
you have any pointers to other sources of information, or decent courses?
