Subject: User rumor -- Cadence is replacing Synopsys at the Verisity sites

Hi, John,

I have heard that since Cadence bought out Verisity, they are riping out
Synopsys tools and replacing them with their own. (One of these is
Freescale Semiconductor in Austin. VCS is being replaced with NC-Sim!?)
Maybe that's why Cadence bought Verisity, to get a foot into the Verisity
customer base which must have alot of Synopsys customers. Are your other
ESNUG readers seeing this, too?

Keep me anon.
