Subject: The exceptional People who work at Apache -- naming names
THE STARS -- This part pretty much explains itself. OK, so the CEO and his
support staff got all sorts of kudos. That's to be expected. But some of
the Sales & Marketing people?! Huh?
"Who, if anyone, are the exceptional people who work at Apache? (You
know, the ones you watch regardless of what company they're at.) What's
his/her job? Why are they exceptional in your eyes?"
Andrew Yang (CEO, I guess), I know him since Anagram, Avanti.
Eric Thune (Sales director), honest and direct.
Aveek Sarkar (Support, I do not recall his position), very
knowledgeable, with customer oriented manner. Goes the 2nd
mile to help.

responsive. Very much impressed with the Apache support.

The person I watch over there is Yukari Chin, Director of Marketing.
She is smart and knows both the front-end and back-end parts of the
verification design flow. She can take the pile of features that
comes out of R&D and turn them into benefits customers can buy into.
Apache is lucky to have her.

Norman Chang provides an excellent support to our projects.

Andrew Yang, their CEO was the first one to present to our team. Great
visionary and very good leader (their execution speaks for him).
Shunlien Wang (AE manager) and Emre Kualali (Sr. AE) helped us very
much in our tapeout and making it a very pleasant experience.

Jerome Toublanc, he da man! Always available when you need him, he
spends his time with us to understand & try to fix the problems, and
does a lot of pro-active support, coming back to us regularly. Much
appreciated.

I just know Jerome Toublanc who is Applications Engineer. I think
he was very motivated and willing to demonstrate the capabilities of
RedHawk. He made an impressive report of his work.

Jeff Smith is a good man with a grass roots understanding of dynamic
IR drop. He's an AE and is able to explain a problem in an easy to
comprehend manner.

We receive excellent support from our local AE in France (Paris).

Our Apache FAEs, **** ****, and **** ****, have been extremely
proficient at bringing up our in-house testcases, debugging issues
as they surface, as well as being a quick and communicative conduit
to Apache's R&D team for enhancement requests.
Since we really like them in their current positions supporting us
(and not at our competitors), I prefer not to publish their names.
