Dear Mr. Cooley,
I thought I should write to you regarding my experience with IC Manage.
I joined Luxtera a few months ago as a CAD engineer and a few days later
IC Manage was deployed for version control of our EDA data. Luxtera is
a very small company, but customer support and the attention that we get
from IC Manage are truly first class. The tool is very reliable and
extremely fast. We have learned how to twist and turn it in the ways
that suite our needs. We take advantage of its flexibility and ease of
maintenance. The real time, live backup feature has come in very handy
and has saved the day for me.
The only low mark that I would give IC Manage is for not having examples
in their documentation. I personally would like to see different
examples and different implementation scenarios documented so that I can
refer back to. But then again, with the customer support that good, I
can't complain.
