You just label it using the bus notation, such as A<15:0>. You can also
draw a thick wire if you want some visual clue that the wire is a bus (but
it's purely visual). Check the User manual for the various interactions
between buses, single nets, instance terminals, etc...

Aaaah... are you sure? Well anyway, in that case then this facility is
available in Virtuoso XL with the wire editing enabled (i.e the
create->wire command). In this mode you can select multiple pins at
once and draw the wires in one shot as a bus.

You can try a bit with a multipart path. In Virtuoso:
Create -> Multipart Path + (F3 key)
Then click to Subpart in the options form and figure out what fits for you.
