Subject: User Troubled That BindKey is Going Out Of Business End of March

Hi John,

I've just received the message that BindKey will be closed at the end of
March.

All of BindKey's yield improvement technology will be lost, if there is
no one interested to buy them. DuPont Photomasks, which owned BindKey,
was bought by Japanese company Toppan last year, which is apparently not
interested in the BindKey tools.

That's really a very short period of time for such a decision; and it
would be really a great pitty if the BindKey tools will be lost. Is
there any chance that Synopsys or Mentor may take over their technology
(and hopefully) also hire the BindKey employees?
