How can you guys compete with the big companies that bundle everything in
and take the whole budget?

Does Sierra only make EDA tools for Indian engineers?

When is Sierra going to hire its first non-Indian employee?

"How often can you fool large EDA companies to buy your companies?"
Synopsys didn't make a dime with Everest acquisition, but Pravin made a
lot.

For Pravin, given how incredibly competitive the IC Implementation space
already, what are the prospects for Sierra's ability to truly take
significant share in flat market that already has three strong players?

The "all you can eat" marketing practices that the big guys use to crowd
out the small vendors should be a good topic.

Q for Pravin:  
1) Why is Sierra boasting so much about capacity for netlist-to-placed
   gates solution?  Competition is not so far off.
2) People think you are in this also for a short term, i.e to sell
   Sierra to SNPS/CDN/Mentor soon, how true is it?

Pravin Madhani - CEO of Sierra and Ted Vucurevich - CTO of Cadence
Is Sierra being groomed as an acquisition target for someone like
Cadence, given that the primary focus seems to be on physical synthesis
only? Tie that together with good floorplanning(Encounter) and good
routing (NanoRoute), and voila! you have a viable acquisition.

Please ask Pravin (Sierra) that his company/product claims a superior
in capacity and runtime.  Why we do not hear any claim in superior in
QOR (WNS)?
