Subject: Questions for Moshe Gavrielov, CEO of Verisity

What possibly makes you believe that e will survive? Saying that you have
an entrenched and loyal customer base is not sufficient. DEC (Digital
Equipment Corporation) once had an entrenched and loyal customer base, too.

         ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ----

Moshe Gavrielov - How does "e" fit into the picture as System Verilog
gains momentum? Also, how soon until Cadence integrates "e" into NC-Sim?

         ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ----

For Verisity/Cadence, what are the future plans because of the Cadence
purchase? What will happen to "e"?

         ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ----

How quickly will SPECMan's functionality & 'e' be integrated into
Cadence's simulation "engine" to provide integrated capability, better
performance, and obviously new features exclusive to Cadence's Verilog
and VHDL users?

         ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ----

Q1) Are you going to support design with embedded OVL ?
Q2) Can Verisity support PSL, SVA, or both?
Q3) Can Verisity interoperate with SystemC as testbench with
     assertion in 'e'?

         ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ----

What is the future license model for Specman and eVC's as a response to
the Synopsys NTB move, which eliminates the license costs for Vera?

         ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ----

I would ask Moshe what he believes the future of "e" is.

         ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ----

A question for Ted Vucurevich -- What is the road map for the Axis tools
in Cadence? Will their account be simply replaced by Cadence Palladium?

         ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ----

What's going to happen the the Axis-Verisity Xtreme emulation technology?
