Hi John,

Just a quick note that we do have a beta version of VCS 7.1 and the 
special license.  I have tried a few simple examples and can confirm 
that Vera support in this beta version of VCS is not complete vaporware.
I haven't been able  to steal time from my current project to try this
version with our testbench.  Hope to do that sometime next month.
