Hi, John,

While Serge did a good (and thorough) job of detailing how to use the
Calibre and BlastFusion tools together, I would add one minor correction.
It's a reminder to add the -hier command line switch when using Calibre
to take advantage of Calibre's hierarchical processing for performance
and capacity gains. 

All Calibre results can be instantly viewed in the BlastFusion visualization
environment through the Calibre Results Viewing Environment (RVE).  I am
looking forward to its official release in the near future.
