From: [ John Zuk of Tanner EDA ]

Hi, John,

I'm happy to report that Tanner EDA and Aldec have partnered to offer an
analog/mixed-signal flow that rings together a special edition of Aldec's
Riviera-PRO with Tanner's T-Spice tool. It's a great combo that brings
together two EDA tool providers with price-performance and customer service
that offers a fresh alternative to tools from "the Bigs".

The Aldec-Tanner EDA collaboration is just one of several we've recently
executed; another is our integration with BDA's Analog FastSPICE.

And yet another is with a small company called "Tiberon DA" that makes a
tool called Verilog AMS. It provides the co-simulation management and
everything works within Tanner's cohesive high performance simulation front
end flow (HiPer Simulation AMS). It's a new venture for both companies; so
it's gotten some press.

As to our financial health - Tanner EDA just issued a release on our 2012
fiscal performance reporting record revenues, global partnerships and 149
new customers -- reinforcing the global demand for our tools.

Editor's Note: I received nothing from Aldec regarding this. - John
