During 2003, we have made some significant progress in our runtimes with
Precision RTL.  Our tests show that our runtime is 10x faster in our
2004a release than in our 2002d release.  I urge to you to take another
look when your money situation is better because I'm sure you'll be
happy with the enhancements you see.
