Hi, John,

AMI is not shutting down our software development operation. To the
contrary, this mission has been relocated to Pocatello, Idaho (company
headquarters) and consolidated with other software development activities
for cost reasons. In fact, calling this a RIF (reduction in force) is
inaccurate. We recruited and hired additional people in Idaho to replace
those unwilling to move. AMI continues to provide netlist conversion
services.
