Subject: A Mixed-Signal Methodology w/ Cadence Analog Artist & Nassda HSIM

Hi John,

Here is a paper on a methodology used at Fairchild to design mixed signal
devices using Cadence's Analog Artist and Nassda's HSIM.  I presented this
paper at the 2002 Cadence User Group.  It discusses our mixed signal
methodology for quick characterization of digital subcells and accelerated
simulation, as well as the issues and limitations of the process.
