Subject: Can TetraMAX Generate Path Delay Patterns With Don't Cares?

Hi, John,

I am working on improving path delay fault coverage in a full scan design.
For this I need test patterns which are not completely specified (i.e. for
a given path, I need 0/1 values on the flip-flops that actually sensitize
the path and "x" or don't-care on the flip-flops which do not effect the
path.) How can I do this in Tetramax? If Tetramax can not do this, this
should be possible using DC or Primetime. Does anyone have pointers to
such a script ?
