Subject: I Need TetraMAX ATPG To Generate Contention / Floating Patterns

Hi John,

I need to do floating node analysis. For that I need iddq/stuck-at patterns
which should include as much contention/floating conditions as possible. Is
there some way to force TetraMAX ATPG to generate such patterns so that they
have contetion/float conditions? I can change the severity level of
contention checking in TetraMax, but I am doubtful. This might just switch
off the messaging of contention conditions and it'll neglect to actually
generate contention patterns. Can somebody clear this doubt of mine?
