John,
I believe the "-quiet" option on read_parasitics will give Bruce what he is
after.
Use the -quiet when reading the lower blocks -- in the same way you are
using the -incremental option -- and don't use it with your last annotation.
You will hold off running the annotation report till the very end in this
case.
