Los Altos, CA - True Circuits seeks an experienced circuit design engineer to develop analog
and mixed-signal hard macros for 0.13 um to 65 nm CMOS processes technologies using proprietary
CAD flows. Candidate will create behavioral models in Verilog/VHDL, set-up, run and analyze
circuit simulations using HSPICE, and perform IC layout and DRC/LVS using Calibre. Candidate
will also perform quality assurance procedures, delivery, customer support and testing on
developed hard macros.
Position requires an MSEE (Ph.D. is preferred) with 5+ years experience in analog/mixed-signal
IC design from several IC development cycles and knowledge of PLLs, DLLs, oscillators, SERDES,
I/Os, controllers and high-speed digital circuits. Candidate must have experience with
transistor level design, block level integration, and block level simulation and also knowledge
of process technology and physics related to sub-micron CMOS silicon technologies. Candidate
should also have experience with Cadence/Mentor EDA tools, Red Hat Linux environments and
scripting/programming using C and Perl.
