Cliff,

I generally have no problem talking with you Wall Street types, but I'd
like to suggest that you somehow get your hands on the Oct. 8th 2002
Merrill Lynch write up on the SNPS analyst's conference.  It's by Jay
Vleeschhouwer.  Out of all the summaries I've read, Jay's was the best
one around that summarized the issues facing Synopsys and Cadence, plus
he didn't have any of the usual glaring errors I typically find in
analyst's reports.
