Subject: User Discovers That Vera 4.4 Is Having Trouble With Wide Variables

Hi, John,

If you set up 80-bit variables in Vera 4.4, load them with values which
include "z" and "x" values, and then perform ALU operations on them, you
get the wrong answers!

In particular, the logic sometimes gives you a 0 result for (0 | x).  Vera
gives no error nor warning on this.
