Hi John,

Who, if anyone, is using Numerical Tech's tools for RET?  I see Cadabra
gaining traction in standard cell building, but all the sparkle around
Numerical is about strong phase shifting.  So who's using Numerical RET
and how are the RET tools stacking up compared to Mentor and Avanti's
RET offerings?
