Subject: Help! 'Error: The Package 'STD_LOGIC_UNSIGNED' Is Out Of Date' !

Hi John,

I have a problem when running Synopsys 99.05 design compiler on a vhdl
file using STD_LOGIC_UNSIGNED. Synopsys tells me, when I try to
elaborate a cell by keeping the option "Re-Analyze out-of-date libraries"
(in design_analyzer) :

Information: Re-analyzing the out of date architecture
           'cellname(RTL)'. (LBR-15)
Error: The package 'STD_LOGIC_UNSIGNED' is out of date
and I can't find the source file
           '/vobs/dware/packages/IEEE/src/std_logic_unsigned.vhd'. (LBR-4)

That means it tries to reanalyze a package that has already been compiled
but finds out this package is out-of-date and looks for the source in
/vobs/dware/...

BUT our Synopsys DC is installed in /tools/synopsys99.05, and not in
/vobs/dware.

Do you know how to solve this problem?
