Subject: Crappy Chip Express Documentation Cost Us An Additional 2 Days Spin

John,

My project is just like so many other projects you probably read about in
your ESNUG incoming e-mail box. Like everyone else, we're under a very
tight deadline to get it completed. Missed weeks (or even days) mean missed
cash from our bottom line. That's why we chose Chip Express. Turns out,
Chip Express is, IMHO, composed of rank amateurs and completely
mis-documented their vector format. Now we need to spin another 2 days
worth of effort to fix our test bench to re-generate the vectors in a
completely different mode than what they originally told us. Arrgh.
Probably don't want to post this with my name on it, but I figured you'd be
interested. I will make damn sure that my company never uses them again.
Way too many problems.
