Subject: Discharge Characterization In A Synopsys Library

Hi John,

I am looking for the right way to characterize discharge for a Synopsys
library.  Since Discharge is a cell that has only falling edge only, I
wonder whether I should specify some value for the rising edge or ignore
the rising edge altogether.

Also is it better to define the Discharge cell as a tristate?
