Subject: How Does Design_Power "See" Mixed-Voltage I/O Cells?

Hi, John and the ESNUG guys.

Can anyone tell me how design power calculate "switching power" for
mixed-voltage I/O cells?  For example,

             core=5V          interface=3.3V

How can I get the accurate switching power for an I/O net on Design Power?
