Subject: Test Compiler Inserting Inverters In Scan Path & SolvIt's Wrong

Hello John,

We have a real bad problem with Synopsys Test Compiler. Test Compiler
inserts inversions in the scan path. This is something that our product
engineers find unacceptable for silicon debug/diagnosis. The solution to
the problem that is mentioned in the Solv-It article TEST-375350 doesn't
work and there has been no response to our query to Synopsys. Could you
please include this in the ESNUG forum ?
